We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our auto glass repairs and glass production store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of retail management to ensure the store meets its business objectives and provides a positive shopping experience for customers.

Duties

• Direct and control daily operations

• Evaluate daily operations

• Plan and organize daily operations

• Manage staff and assign duties

• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales

• Develop and implement marketing strategies

• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses

• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages

• Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers

• Oversee payroll administration

Skills

• Strong leadership with proven supervisory experience in retail or grocery store management

• Ability to identify business growth opportunities and pursuing it

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and interact effectively with customers

• Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS technology, and retail math principles

• Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, merchandising, and pricing strategies

• Master in Business Management will be appreciated

• Competent in cash handling procedures, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and budgeting

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of marketing techniques and wireless sales is advantageous

• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Demonstrated ability to manage store operations during shifts while ensuring high standards of customer service

Renumeration: $46/hour
